Moxi Launches New Agent Dashboard
Great news! Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties is launching the new Moxi Agent dashboard for you including performance improvements. The new dashboard in Engage introduces not only a fresh new look but an updated user experience that will make your life easier and business more efficiently. These enhancements /additions include the following:
> Redesign of existing Calendar, Goals, and Sales Flow modules
> Addition of four new modules:
- Activity Feed Module: See a real-time running feed of some key activities happening in your Engage CRM including a campaign email being sent or someone opening a presentation you sent.
Stay in Flow Module: Contacts you haven’t connected with recently will be surfaced here so you can reach out and continue to build your relationships. You choose how frequently you’d like contacts to appear here and from which categories within Engage.
- To-Do List Module: Stay on top of all your tasks, whether they’re transaction tasks or custom tasks. You can easily add these tasks to your calendar to make sure you don’t miss anything!
- Listing Module: View your current and recently closed listings in one place. This new module provides you quick access to Moxi Listing Manager to perform some of your key marketing tasks like promoting your new listing or sending a just sold announcement.
- Ability to customize the order of the modules on the dashboard – adjust your agent dashboard to make it work for the way you run your business. Maybe you want your GCI Goal to be at the top and front and center each day you jump into your Engage CRM, or maybe you would prefer your calendar feature at the top. The decision is yours! You can easily drag and drop the modules towards the right of the page to be in the order that works best for you.
